Thiruththamizh Ulagam President and member secretaries will be appointed on one time payment of Rs.0.5 crores to 2 crores INR, depending on the size of Thamizh population as a minimum bid price as a life time fees to conduct the business of local as well as the national championships of their countries on a profit sharing basis. Though this position is obtained on onetime payment, it will go to persons who are very capable of successful business ventures and event managers, so that the national championship of Thiruththamizh in their countries is a well organized and heavily sponsored profitable national event with a long life. Besides this they will also be the members in the Thiruththamizh world committee deciding on the future world championship venue and conducting the same.
Thiruththamizh Sangam establishments, appointment of distributors, and conducting the national championship, selection and leading the contingent of world championship participating team, international sponsorship are some of the prestigious responsibilities of the President. The President is the leader of the Tamils in their respective countries for all practical purposes.

Appointment of clubs ‘THIRUTHAMIZH Sangam’©
The First World Thamizh Game Championship will have twenty lakh participants in the beginning all with free participants’ entry tickets. To organize initial rounds of games for The First World Thamizh Game Championship, local organizers are appointed by the Thiruththamizh Board of Control. All the local organizers are clubs for conducting initial rounds and selecting semi quarterfinalists and sending them to participate in the quarterfinals. Each club will have to accommodate 200 players to make it a very profitable business activity. Each club is the accredited organizer of the First World Thamizh Game Championship and is entitled to send two of its best players after a rigorous rating to the quarterfinals. That is, only 1% of the initial participants will take part in the quarterfinals.
All the clubs will be uniformly called THIRUTHAMIZH Sangam and the name of the place.
The clubs are the only authorized agency to conduct the initial rounds of the first Thamizh world championship. The name boards, the furniture, the décor, the stationary, and the conduct of the club will all be uniform and supplied by the Thiruththamizh Board of Control.
The Thiruthamizh Sangams will conduct all the initial rounds just like the world championship finals in every way. The Thiruthamizh Sangam can be formed by two or more individuals and one of them must be appointed as the president of the club.
The president of the club will be in charge of all activities of the club. The club can get sponsors to fund a championship event within the clubs own membership. The club is also in charge of the following very important assignments on behalf of the First Thamizh world Championship and Conference and Tamil Nadu / India Expo.
The club will be in charge of any advertisements and sponsorship for the first Thamizh world championship, conference and Tamil Nadu / India Expo, in all the publications, in all the television productions, in all the programmes, and everything regarding information gathering, advertisements canvassing, local Thamizh language, present and historical references collection for all television and publications, productions, as a local goodwill ambassador of the first Thamizh world Championship and conference.
The club will be paid a commission of 5% on all the advertisements, sponsorship and all other businesses the club is able to procure for the first world Thamizh Championship and conference.

In Thiruthamizh Sangam Thaniyar, the entry and participation is restricted and private. Any individual or family or group can retain the right of entry and play in this thaniyar sangam. The minimum number of 200 players are not required to be maintained. There are no restrictions on the minimum number of players. But the maximum number of players are restricted under 40 players for conducting the first world championship initial rounds. The name of the club will be THIRUTHAMIZH SANGAM THANIYAR and the name of the owner of the club / president of the club / the name of the company will be added along with the full address of the club. Each thaniyar sangam can send one player to participate in the quarterfinals. There is no rating required or mandatory for players entering quarterfinals, but if it is wanted the conduct of the play can be adjudged with the First world Thamizh Championship referees ‘Velaiyattu Naduvar’ with prior appointments.
As for the business relationship, the president of the club will be in charge of all activities of the club. The club can get sponsors to fund a championship event within the clubs own membership. The first world championship organizers can be a group of saparate organizers for item wise, segment wise work in the first world championship or one company entirely can be given the responsibilty of the entire world championship work.
